TCS uses text messaging to respond to prospective-client inquiries and provide appointment, follow-up, and billing communications. Message frequency varies according to the type of communication. Message and data rates may apply.


Participation in SMS messaging is voluntary and is not required to receive services. You may opt in by checking the SMS-consent box on the contact form, initiating a text conversation with the office, or otherwise providing your consent.

TCS makes reasonable efforts to limit the amount of sensitive information included in text messages. However, SMS messages are not encrypted or fully secure and may be intercepted or viewed by unintended recipients, particularly if your telephone is lost, stolen, shared, or accessible to others.
