If you request or submit information to us by sending an email via counselorcampbell@outlook.com or by filling out the "contact" form, we will not save your email address nor any other information you provide beyond what is required to respond. This information will not be used to contact you in the future by mail, email, SMS, or phone unless requested. Your email and other information will not be sold to any third party, nor is your information collected by third parties as we do not use cookies.

We utilize text messaging for appointment reminders, follow-up messages, and billing notifications. These messages will consist of our name and minimal details so as to protect your privacy and confidentiality to the best of our ability while still serving the purpose ; no information is collected or shared, including with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Messaging frequency can vary depending on the type of communication and message/data rates may apply depending on your carrier’s pricing plan and whether the message is sent domestically or internationally. Participation is voluntary and you may opt out at any time by replying with STOP or letting us know directly that you no longer want to participate in SMS messaging. There are risks associated with SMS messaging: text messages are not encrypted or secure and may be read by unintended recipients; cell phone providers and systems do not guarantee confidentiality; there is a risk of interception or disclosure of information if your phone is lost, stolen, or shared.
