Private Practice. Provide mental health, substance abuse, and general counseling to children, adolescents, and adults through individual, family, marriage, and group therapy.

Wallace State Community College
Adjunct Faculty. Educate students in the Human Services Program. Classes include: Mental Illness and Psychopharmacology, and Working with the Family of the Chemically Dependent.

Primary Counselor. Conduct inpatient substance abuse groups, hold both individual and family therapy sessions, create treatment plans with patients and their families, complete psychosocial assessments on new admissions, participate in daily staff meetings and monthly peer reviews.

Cullman Area Mental Health Authority
Counselor. Complete initial assessments for both mental health (M/I) and substance abuse (S/A) programs; conduct outpatient S/A groups (including dual diagnosis groups); hold individual therapy sessions for both M/I and S/A clients; provide S/A case management services; correlate with local agencies including the Department of Human Resources, court referral, probation, city and county jails and local hospitals.
